We are in the Mong Man Wai Building on the main CUHK campus in Sha Tin, New Territories.

Getting here

Reaching the CUHK campus

  • By MTR

    • Take the East Rail Line to University Station. The campus is directly accessible from the station exits.
    • From University Station, board a free CUHK campus shuttle bus heading uphill towards the central campus.

  • By bus

    • Various KMB and green minibus routes serve the CUHK area from Sha Tin, Tai Po and Kowloon.

  • By car

    • The campus is accessible from Tai Po Road. Visitor parking is limited.
    • If you are being dropped off, use the Mong Man Wai Building as the destination.

Once you are on campus

  1. From University Station, take the campus shuttle or walk uphill towards the Science Centre area.
  2. Find the Mong Man Wai Building, which houses the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences.
  3. Take the lift to the 3rd floor.
  4. Room 309 (Lab 4) is the Geophysics Laboratory.
